Calling all Queer, Trans, and LGBTQ-aligned educators, librarians, and school staff!

Join in our weekly meet-up for some Qmmunity! Peer support, snacks made by our youth for you, and conversation. (There’s always swag too!)

Drop-in style, attend when you can.
Suggestion: register via your personal email address, not your school account so you can stay connected outside of school hours or changes.

Things to know

We do not want additional targeting for anyone and we want you to be able to stay in touch outside of school hours- therefore we highly suggest using a personal email address to connect, rather than your public account at school.

How do we define lgbtq-aligned? It covers those who have their own lgbtq kids at home, really close family members, or the dedicated sponsors of QSAs and GSAs.

How do we define Queer or Trans? It covers all LGBTQIA+ identities, we include those who are bisexual and in a hetero marriage (for example). Your lived experience gets you in the door, even if you are not out at work.

How do we define Educators, Librarians, and school staff? It covers all people in our community who are working day-to-day in the field of education. We know it’s tough being on the front lines, and want to hold space for connecting, growing confidence, and eating yummy snacks. You do not have to be out at work to attend. You MUST be willing to hold confidentiality in this space, outing of peers or sharing personal stories from these spaces can be dangerous and not acceptable for our SPLASH spaces.
