Ages 5-24, youth under 13 should be registered by their grown-up. Not all questions are intended for the youngest youth.

Summer Drop-in Preferences
Our program is built on youth & family voice, and we need YOU to tell us what you want from SPLASH!
Two step process to receive gift:
1) fill out the youth/young adult self-registration
2) fill out the age-based form at QR codes above.
- $10 KweerStMarket gift card, if both steps are complete before 11:59pm on 6/25
- $5 KweerStMarket gift card, if both steps are complete before 11:59pm on 6/27
(Gift cards are usable at the #KweerStMarket booth at Larimer Farmers Market or SPLASH’s NoCoPride booth)
